The International Food Standard (IFS) establishes criteria drawn up by the French and German retail industry and therefore covers the demands of mainly German and French buyers. Qlip is accredited in accordance with NEN-EN_ISO/IEc 17065 (RvA reg. no. C195) and is also recognised by the Hauptverband des Deutschen Einzelhandels in Berlin.

The IFS food version 6 standard will come into effect on 1 July 2012. In addition to the audits Qlip performs in relation to the IFS Standard Food, it also carries out audits in relation to IFS Logistics and IFS Broker. This standard is meant for companies that store, transport and trade products.
